Ghoomar a Rajasthani Thali Restaurant

Ghoomar is a form of dance that is used in Rajasthan, but I saw a restaurant called Ghoomar Traditional Thali in Delhi Connaught Place. This is a thali restaurant and they give 24 to 25 items in a single thali and all the items were from many other famous places of Rajasthan like Kota Kachori, Jaipuri Pyaaz Kachori and many more. The atmosphere, the staff uniform and the way of talking means everything makes you feel that you are in Rajasthan....

 

                           

                 I just want to tell you that if you want to enjoy Rajasthani food, Rajasthani atmosphere, you don't have to go to Rajasthan, you just come here and enjoy with your family and friends..... If you want to see the famous forts of Rajasthan, then you have to go to Rajasthan.

            so i want to share my experience...me and my friend visited this restaurant...when we enter the restaurant a boy with rajasthani turban welcomes us and a musician with his instrument Played a folk song....."Padharo Mahare Desh".

The atmosphere was very nice, I also attached the picture for better explanation. Every body is in rajasthani uniform and the food was delicious too...and feels like rajasthani like gatte ki sabzi, dal baati churma etc...

It is rarely seen these days… It is very good that they are grooming our culture like this.
